Hello people,

I just build my first PC. Everything turns on but the display. All fans working, including GPU and cooler. RGB lights turn on. Checked all the connectors, they all plugged in. No weird noises either. My monitor is a 4k Asus 60hz only display port. It is turned on, just says no signal.

My pc:
Mobo: Asus Maximus Code X Coffe Lake
CPU: i7-8700K Coffee Lake
GPU: Asus Geforce 2070 ROG STRIX
RAM: Kingston DDR4 8GB x2
Cooler: Corsair H115i watercooling
SSD: Samsung 860 250GB
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
M.2 SSD: Samsung 970 evo 500GB
PSU: Seasonic Focus Gold 80 550W

Thanks for the answer!

Have you tried other known working video cables between PC and display?

Does not immediately matter what ports you use on each end; objective, for now, is to just get a displayed image.

E.g., use one of the motherboard's video ports instead of the GeForce 2070.

Just tried HDMI. Nothing, no signal the monitor says

Try another known working monitor on your system.

Try your monitor on another known working system.

Determine if the problem follows the monitor or stays with the newly built PC.

You will need to do some careful switching and swapping in order to identify the underlying source of the problem.
