No signal after NVIDIA install

I started up SWTOR, and then my tv went to a no signal state. Me thinking it's the norm waited until i got bored and reset my computer. From then on everytime it gets past the windows boot menu, just before the login page, then goes straight to No signal again.

I've tries uninstalling and reinstalling all drivers, old and new, still no avail. My specs are a 780 ti, AMD FX 8350 processor, and 16gb of RAM

Sounds like a bad/corrupt driver. If you haven't already I would suggest a clean installation of drivers in safe mode.

Then there's the peculiar thing which I experienced of a USB peripheral plugged in a particular USB port preventing boot up...
