Question No Signal after plug the psu cables into GPU

hello I have a problem with the card I bought , first time I thought it's not working but after I requested a replacement I had got the card and the problem still, I contact Sapphire about the problem they said my 450 EVGA Bronze 80+ is not enough even the pc consume 259w only , please help

Which card? what CPU? I'm surprised it doesn't work at all, I wouldn't be surprised if it was unstable, or failed after some time.

cpu g4560 worked with GTX 970 before
The Card is Sapphire RX 570
and why I think is the card consume 180 and the other parts 93 , sorry not 259 but 273

PSU's should always be more oversized than this, and you are right at the minimum for that card.
