Question No signal after putting in new gpu/cpu

Hello,

I just got a new gpu (1660) and a new cpu (R5 2600) i put everything in and started the pc and it says no signal i checked the cables (using displayport) ive tried with Hdmi and on my other monitor i checked if everything else is plugged in and it was the fans were spinning etc what should i do it annoys me so much i would just like to take my monitor and throw it away 🙁

Mainboard: Msi b350m vdh pro
Gpu: Gtx 1660 6gb gddr5
Cpu: ryzen5 2600
Ram: 2x4Gb ballistix sport ddr4
Idk what psu means i guess its the power supply: beQuiet 500W idk specific model
If i forgot something let me know

i had a rx570 with an ryzen3 1200 before and i dont know if the b350m vdh pro can even handle the new thing but idk i read somewhere that i mby need an bios update but i dont know how to do that with no signal and i dont have an igpu to get into the pc either and the old gpu and cpu i do not have anymore.

so i should put in my old cpu and then my pc will start and then i should update the bios? So my mainboard bios wasnt new enough for the cpu?
