-Turned off pc normally and no issue

-Started next day. Pc starts fine lights up and fans spinning but monitor displays nothing only no signal

-try monitor with laptop and works fine, change hdmi cables and power cables on pc and still no display

-took out gpu and still nothing

-reset cmos and nothing

-started it without ram and nothing

-held power button in, took pc apart and reassembled and still nothing

-don't have a second psu to try nor a second monitor.

So I'm down to the mobo and psu being broke. No visible damage on mobo and it lights up so perhaps powers not getting to mobo from psu and thus the monitor but don't know.

You can test the power supply by using a 24 pin jumper and turning it on without eco mode on, if the fan spins than it is likely either the monitor or the motherboard. Wish you all the best
