No Signal and don't know how to fix

Hello everyone,

I upgraded my pc to a new beast pc.
I gave my old i7-6700 to my brother. Today we replaced his i5 with the new i7. when we power on the pc and everything works fine expect that on the monitor it says no signal. We tried 2 different monitors, hdmi, dvi etc but nothing works. We even replaced the i7 with the i5 again but still the same problem.
His motherboard is the msi mortar b250m. Does anyone know how to fix the no signal issue
btw I also tried a lot of the big post about this problem with like 22 solutions or something.

Pins look ok. Try reseating the CPU, CPU cooler, connect both 24 and 8 pin power cables (no other components, or wires), start the board and see what Debug LED remains on.

so no ram,gpu and any other cables only the cable for the cpu, 24 pin and cpu itself with cooler?
Is that even safe?

we changed the 2 ram sticks and put them in different slots and now it's working ty. Didn't think that changing the a2 and B2 ram sticks with each other would work

You're welcome. Probably RAMs were not inserted all the way in, or who knows. Good you've solved it.
