Question No signal, and mouse do not work

Power: NZXT C650

RAM: Corsiar Vengeance 2x8GB

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core

SSD: Smasung 970 EVO SSD 500 GB

Motherboard: MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk

Harddrive: Segate Barracuda 2 TB (I think lolz)

Graphics Card: VisonTel Radeon RX 5500 8GB

Case: Corsiar iCUE 220T RBG

CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 RBG

Mouse: Glorious Model O- (Minus) Gaming Mouse, Glossy Black (GOM-GBLACK)

Keyboard: Compaq keyboard



My pc turns on but when I turn it on the mouse doesn't glow/ doesn't work and I cant use my keyboard to open the bios thing. I switched out the power supply cables for the grapics card and the cpu. I tried so many times reseating the RAM from going from 2 sticks of 8 to one stick in the right spots listed on the motherboard. I did take out the cmos battery in the motherboard but only did it for like 5 seconds, I can try the battery again but so far thats all I've done.

I have never heard of that brand VisonTel and google did not find anything related. I only found a company selling electric generators. Are you sure that's your brand? Where did you get it from?
