Question no signal boot secure h310 i59400f

i have enable boot secure after that i have no signal in my screen
i have i59400 f so i can use the solution if integred video card any solution to flash back my bios i have h310 h2.0 and i think i dont have back up bios . i see people connect bios pin 1 to pin 6 i dont now if i can do that in h310 motherboard plss help me

Unplug PC. Remove CMOS button cell battery from motherboard. Leave it sit for 5 minutes or so. Put the battery back in and plug the PC in.

Then try to start it.

i try that bios reset pc reboot but stil not signal i think still conect to integrate graphique wen i press boton power he shutdown

Don't connect to the motherboard, you don't have integrated graphics. Plug into descrete GPU.

its conect with hdmi in rtx 2060 dear yes i now i dont have integred graphique card ihave 9400f
