No signal. Checked the sticky, still no bueno

I have a
Msi Z87m Gaming mobo
i5 4690k cpu
2 r9 280x gpu
Corsair 750 watt psu
8 gb Kingston HyperX ram
Toshiba dvd drive
2 tb wd green
Corsair 300r

First boot: everything powers on. Fans, everything. Just no signal. So I did the oh so fun, remove one at a time until you have none left on the mobo besides cpu psu and the mobo. Well, still nothing.No oboard video with HDMI or display port, and when I put the hdmi in late, it acts as if its getting a signal, then the computer reatarts itself. Graphics card ( both in CF and by themselves) didnt bring video either. Can take pictures, skype.. just want a working rig; (
