No Signal coming from computer, please someone help

hello i have installed windows 10 on my system and I have downloaded the graphic card driver and even it got installed and was working perfectly, after few days when i switched on my pc it said the message "No Signal coming from computer" I have tried everything..removed my RAM cleaned it re inserted it, removed graphic card cleaned it re inserted it, removed all cables still no success..right now am using my pc using the default VGA slot on the motherboard someone please help

Graphic card is 9400GT

I even searched in BIOS but its already set to my graphic card

I turn on my PC and it beeps I connect the cable to my graphic card and it says "no signal" i remove the cable and attach to the motherboard slot and theres display.

Do you hear the single startup beep, the windows startup sound?

I turn on my PC and it beeps I connect the cable to my graphic card and it says "no signal" i remove the cable and attach to the motherboard slot and theres display.

Does the card heat up during the whole no screen process?

it doesnt heat up but as it is attached to motherboard it gets warm

Prolly the card took a backfire.
Try in another system, if it doesnt work there.
