Question "No Signal Detected !"" On BenQ monitor GW2255

When I turn on the switches and press the button on the cabinet to turn my computer on, I can hear the fans turning on, but my monitor displays "No Signal Detected !" And then turns off. My monitor is BenQ GW2255. When I was playing a game on my PC, I accidentally touched it with my feet and it moved across a few centimeters ( I didn't kick it) and that's when the PC shut down. Since then it isn't booting up. Please help me, this has happened before but automatically solved itself too!

The cables are connected properly, assuming you mean the exterior cables.
