No signal detected

So I bought a new case for my PC, the NZXT Phantom 410, and I moved all the parts into the new case. Everything powers up (lights, fans, whatever) but I get no signal on my monitor. My video card doesn't have a separate plug, it just goes in the slot and that's it. I tried connecting the cable to the onboard graphics instead and it still didn't work. And idea of what the problem is?

Idk what what the mb is. It's from a hp desktop. But prior to the case swap everything worked so I'm trying to figure out where I went wrong. And yes I did ground the motherboard when I installed it.

Try on board graphics port with the PCI/PCIe graphics card removed.

try clearing the cmos after you disconnect all drive cables.

Not totally sure I know what you mean, but I took out the battery and put it back in and that did nothing

Okay so the problem is my jumper wasn't in lol. But now when I boot my PC it beeps 5 times. I need to know which pins to stick on for the reset. My mb is the AAHD3-HB

That diagram isn't all that helpful considering there's 7(8 with one missing) pins on my mb and not 6.

yours must be an oddball as this link http://support.hp.com/ca-en/product/HP-Pavilion-p7-1100-Desktop-PC-series/5146449/model/5157040/document/c02967715/ which I posted before above only shows 6 pins not 8. with the motherboard laying in front of you with the big power connector closes to you, is that 8 pin connector to the left of the power connector?

you are using the wrong connector or hp screwed up their documentation. use the set of 6 pins to the right of the big motherboard power connector.
