Question No signal display and boots up

When i boot my pc.. keyboard glows up and monitor show's no signal..and then after few seconds its glow up and windows login screen gets displayed..

What glows up? The screen? You might want to also parse images of your Boot Options in your BIOS for your motherboard. Speaking of motherboard, what BIOS version are you working with at the time of writing?
