Question No signal/Display from new PC build

Connected all the ports and everything lights up fine but there is no display

Specs
Cpu - Ryzen 5 3600
Mobo - Asus b450(BIOS updated to latest version from store)
PSU - Antec 650W
GPU -gtx 1080ti
Ram - 2x8gb adata 3000mhz

I should be able to get BIOS if I connect through the motherboard HDMI cable to monitor right??(without the GPU plugged in)

I am unable to get display ☹

Plugging in GPU and connecting through GPU port also not giving the display

Please help

You won't get video signal from the motherboard since 3600 doesn't have an igpu.

Ohk, So I won't even be able to access BIOS without a gpu..

But then after plugging in the GPU and connecting through HDMI cable to monitor I'm still not getting the display

I also tried connecting to another PC(Intel build) which works without a gpu....after connecting GPU the display from Mobo stops(indicating the GPU is outputting)..but then when I move my HDMI from the Mobo port to the GPU port, I'm still not getting picture

Is the GPU faulty??
