Solution J J jay32267 Apr 25, 2018 Shut the PC off....unplug the power cord, touch the case, and do it again. Make sure the sticks are seated correctly. I have seen sticks that seem to be seated correctly but aren't. Also while the sticks are out, check the slots for debris, check the conductor terminals on the stick for anything out of wack.
