[SOLVED] No signal DVI or HDMI signal on my monitors when I power on my PC

Not sure if I posted in the right thread but here it goes:

I have two monitors, one HP 24uh 24" display and an Asus VQ248QE 24". Both are connected to my GPU, the HP monitor is connected with a HDMI cable and the Asus is connected with a DVI. Today when I woke up this morning, I powered on my PC since I was going to have online class. When it turned on, both of my monitors displayed the "No signal" sign. I restarted it a couple of times, but still no display. When I powered it on for the third time, I saw through my case that the GPU fans werent spinning at all. Therefore I think that the problem might be with the GPU, so therefore I unplugged the HDMI from the GPU and connected it to the motherboard, but still no signal.

PSU: Corsair Vengance 750M

reset the BIOS by jumper, connect one monitor at a a time to the GPU. No video cable plugged into the motherboard

Sorry, but what do you mean by jumper?

Jumper is a small piece of metal covered in plastic which can shorten the two clear Cmos pins on your motherboard. You can use any conducting piece of metal to shorten the two pins as well
