Question No signal from 1070ti

Hi, I recently bought a new 1070ti but whenever I start my PC it doesn't detect it. The fans spins for a few seconds and stop with no video signal.

My specs:

I5 6600k
StrikeX 600w PSU
8gb Ram (2x 4gbs)
GTX 1070ti PNY

Two things to do:

1. Pull GPU out of the system and connect your monitor to your MoBo. Look if you can boot to OS with visible display.
2. If you can, your GPU may be dead. To confirm that, put your GPU into 2nd working system and look if you get the display going. If not, your GPU is DOA and you're looking towards GPU RMA.
