No signal from GPU after changing resolution

Hardware:

  • Asus Z370-E Gaming
    GeForce GTX 1070Ti
    Intel i7-8700K
    16 GB Corsair Vengeance
    700W Power Supply
I clean installed the newest drivers from Nvidia's website and since then my GPU won't let me change the resolution. Whenever I attempt to, I just get a black screen.

I manually changed the PCI-E to 3 and the Graphics to PCI-E instead of CPU Graphics.

Oftentimes I won't even get any signal from my GPU but from my motherboard. This time I only got a signal from my GPU. I tried resetting bios, didn't work.

The PC does recognise the GPU though, as I can see it in device manager.

Any Ideas on what else I could try?

Edit: Currently only my GPU is being recognised in device-manager.

I was trying to select 2560x1440, which is my monitors maximum resolution.

Yes I got signal from the iGP.

My PSU is the be quiet! Straight power 10 CM (700W).
