No signal from gpu

In one pc, my gpu gets no signal. In another pc, it works. It the first pc, another gpu works. Why is my gpu not working on the one pc?

is it a new build??? if it a newer gpu see if there a bios update for the mb to rule out a bios bug. check inside the pci slot for bent pins or dirt.

The gpu is a gt 530, and nothing is in the pci slot and I tried 2 different slots.

Specs of the build it doesn't work in:

evga gold 750w psu

amd fx 9590 cpu

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard

seagate 250gb hdd

1x8 ddr3 ram

zalman z5 case
