I recently got a graphics card. Have had my pc for about 1 year without one. But when I tried installing it I got no signal from it to monitor. Getting no signal from motherboard either even with the graphics card out of pci-e slot. I've tried to switch pci-e slot. I get no signal from vga, hdmi or dvi to hmdi converter.

System specifications:
Windows 8.1
Asus Maximus VII Hero Motherboard
Asus Gefore STRIX 1060 6gb Graphics card
Corsair RM850 power supply

If you need more info just ask :)
Thanks

Reset the bios without the video card and see if works. You may have to pull the battery for 5 minutes to reset if there is no other way. If you get video then check if you have any bios updates. Also try only 1 stick of ram test for each to see if its the issue. You may have bumped on and got it loose.

It's currently late here and I have to go to bed pretty soon for school in the morning. But when you said pull the battery for 5 minutes, what did you mean? To pull the power cord out of the outlet on the wall for 5 min or what?

I did as you instructed, but I'm still getting no signal :/

What do you mean by disconnect all drivers?
