No signal from my pc

Hi,
I’m building my pc and I can’t get a signal. I also noticed my graphics card’s fan is spinning and a couple degrees and then stopping when all the other fans are fine. I have an I-5 6600k, b250m pro-vd motherboard, nvidia GeForce gtx 1060 6gb, 2x4gb ddr4 ram and a 650w psu. I’ve already tried a couple troubleshooting guides but none seem to work.Any help would be greatly
appreciated as the is my first build and I’m lost
