No signal from new PC

I "upgraded" my PC all of the fans turn on but the monitor gets no signal I tried a dvi in my GPU and a HDMI in the MB neither worked.
Specs:
I5-6600
GB H110M-À
Crucial 2x4 GB DDR4
Cougar 500W
R9 270X

if you take the ram out of the motherboard and try to power it on, does it beep 3 times ?

Try leaving single RAM module installed. Test each slot. Monitor connected to the graphics card.

no all the fans still move and no beeps.
