Since it may be 7 years old it may have died on you. If you try the troubleshooting like reinstalling the drivers, trying another cable, reseating the card and have no success then I would call it a broken card.
Im looking to repair it i checked all voltages on pci and 8pin power connector all everything seems good

Thanks for advice but i found a problem it was missing capacitor bit i dont know what capacitor it is
Does anybody else know?
on top of ot capacitor says 5KV34 ©820 2,5V

lol then in header you might have written broken card needs capacitor.
No it was not the problem or mayne ot was one of them but i did replace capacitor when right one and still same problem, i have one more thing that is looking broken is that i have on one gpu component i dont know name exactly but i have the picture https://drive.google.com/file/d/12V8TuDhS4qrmcoumCS3ICS0Or2FNPZkR/view?usp=drivesdk https://drive.google.com/file/d/12bpV-8Fe2TdVzjZqRIM9SOhq0LoH3Izk/view?usp=drivesdk but in this area when i measure resistencei get like 100Mega Ohms. Can that be a problem?
