After installing a "critical update" (after 2 weeks of closing the popup daily) my second monitor has stopped working. I'm also getting issues with performance including game crashes that I wouldn't have got before. I tried a restore but windows claims it cannot access a file to complete the restore.
Using a GTX 1080 and its been working fine up until now. The 2nd monitor is HDMI, the first is DVI. On the screen shots monitor "1" is the problem monitor, my second monitor.

Any help is appreciated - I've tried reinstalling drivers, to no avail.
