I just set up a computer but I'm not getting a response from the monitor.
Tried with the graphics card set up on the mobo
with no response, tried with only the mobo and still nothing, tried a hdmi monitor and a vga one, nothing.
Here are the specs:
•GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 DirectX 12 GTX 1060 GAMING X 6G 6GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP
• MOBO: GA-H170-Gaming 3
• RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000) Desktop Memory Model CMK16GX4M2A2133C13
• PSU: EVGA 650 GQ 210-GQ-0650-V1 80+ GOLD 650W Modular EVGA ECO Mode Power Supply
• SanDisk SSD PLUS 2.5" 120GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) SDSSDA-120G-G26
• CPU: Intel Core i5-7600K Kaby Lake Quad-Core 3.8 GHz LGA 1151 91W BX80677I57600K

Some manufacturers write which version of BIOS is on the motherboard on the motherboard box it self, maybe check that vs which model of CPU is supported for that motherboard's BIOS?

You could try removing the CPU and look for bent pins on the socket. Also, make sure all your power cables are connected to the motherboard.

Do the fans turn spin?
