Question no signal in monitor whenever i boot my pc first time

whenever i boot my pc first time after more than an hour break my monitor shows no signal while the cpu is running fine and then i have to restart my pc then it works like there was no problem... i connect through HDMi and i already replaced my hdmi cable... still facing this weird problem...
