Question No signal in windows 10 boot, can enter safe mode but can't install drivers

I can't get windows 10 to boot. I see stuff on my monitor, can enter bios and can enter safe mode. It worked fine with linux, but now I uninstalled linux hoping this might help.

Windows tech support recommended I boot into safe mode and install video card drivers, but I cant get AMD to install in safe mode.

But googling tells me maybe its not a problem with drivers? I dont know what to do to be honest.

what kind of card do you have? Have you tried re-seating the GPU into the slot?
