So here's the problem: My dad was working on his computer. He was having a break for a moment, and when returning to his computer, the computer was in sleep mode. He tried everything(keyboard-inputs and mouse-inputs), but it wouldn't come out of sleep mode. So he restarted the PC and now there's a message showing "No Signal" on the monitor. The computer runs fine everything seems to work, so I tried a lot what was suggested on the internet for this problem. I tried the following:

- BIOS Reset with jumper(yes I placed it back in the origin pins)
- BIOS Reset with CMOS battery(remove it for 15min)
- Clean the CMOS battery
- Swap cable(VGA), cable was attached to motherboard so it used the GPU of the CPU
- Installed a working video card, and attached the VGA to the video card
- Remove power cord and hold start button for 2min
- Swap monitor with other working monitor
- Cleaned RAM
- Swap RAM from DIMM1 to DIMM2
- Swap RAM with other working RAM
- Removed SATA and power supply from DVD

Still after these tries "No Signal" and the computer still boots up normally. I can't even see BIOS UI, so any suggestions would be welcome 

Thanks for reading

Solution

Sorry for late reply. I found the solution, it was the PSU giving this problem.

Hi there, I seem to have the same exact problem. What did you do to solve it?
