Question No signal - Motherboard?

Motherboard: ASRock H61M-HVS
GPU: Radeon HD 7700
Ram: 2 8GB DDR3
CPU: Intel core i3
PSU: Allied ATX 300W

The computer is pretty old but had been running pretty decently, last week I was playing a game when it suddenly crash. I decided to restart the pc but was followed by a no signal display so I decided to clean it. It didnt work, ive tried to swap 2 psu but that also didnt work. Everything runs inside the box, all fans and the led light. Read online that it might be a faulty motherboard. Any insight?

I did try to connect the monitor to the motherboard directly but that also gave me no signal, as for another gpu, unfortunately I dont have a back up one. But if its worth something, the gpu fans works.
