Hi guys
I have upgraded my pc (cpu + mobo + hdd):
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H BK
CPU: Intel Core i5 4690K
HDD: WD Black 1TB
VGA: Saphire 7850HD
PSU: Green 530w EU
Monitor: LG 19EN43 LED
Everything went well, installed windows, installed mobo drivers and updates and then installed AMD driver for the vga. After rebooting pc turned on but i got a no signal error, didn't even got to the bios screen.
After getting the vga out of the slot and inserting it again, everything went back to normal.
After rebooting, i installed the intel vga drivers for the on board graphics. ( i now know that i sould have either done that in reverse, or not at all), rebooted again and i got the no single error agan.
I did what i had done previously, no luck. With a different slot, nothing. Took out the vga and connected the monitor to the mobo, nothing.
So that's my problem, no signal and i can't even get to the bios screen.
I know that the problem isn't with the PSU, because it has been working with that vga for a while, supports it and the vga fans work fine.
I know the problem isn't with the cable because it worked after the first fix.
So the only thing left, is that somehow the drivers are conflicting with each other. Now I'm not sure, so please if you have any other suggestions, shoot.
If what I'm guessing is true, what should i do? How can i remove the drivers when i can't even reach the bios screen?
Thank you in advance.
