Question No Signal on a Acer Monitor with VGA to USB Cable/Adapter

Hi,
I have an acer monitor which says no signal every time I connect it to my laptop. my laptop is a lenovo yoga.

I have all the drivers installed. I restarted, it just does not recognize it.
When I plug in the monitor it recognizes it as a camera for some reason.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Lenevo quite no good brand. you just clean the ports and again plug it.
