To start off, I know that a lot of people have asked similar questions, but none of the answers seem to answer my problem(although it's more or less the same)
So the thing is, I bough new pc, assembled it and now it shows no signal
here's the partlist:
geforce gtx 1050ti
ryzen r3 1300x
Asus prime b-350 plus
8gigs ddr4 2400mhz

I plugged the hdmi cable into graphics card(just to make it clear before someone suggests this)
I tried with another graphics card, same results..
There are no beeps at all

You seem switched on (no pun intended) :)

"I plugged the hdmi cable into graphics card(just to make it clear before someone suggests this)"

But does your Main Board have a speaker built in to beep?
Many don't and you need to plug one in, either pre fitted in the case or stand alone.

I assume you have power?
Lights come one?
Does the HDD light flicker like its loading but you just don't have a picture? If so, is your screen on the right input?

If you have power (I'm assuming), but no video and no errors , in theory it's your cpu.
Maybe board , but if the fans spin up most probably cpu.

However RAM can drag the system down so far that it can't even show ram errors. So you get the same "cpu" symptom.

Check there is a speaker and...
Check if your RAM is on motherboard QVL list (http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/PRIME_B350-PLUS/PRIME-B350-PLUS_Memory_QVL_180126.pdf). If it's not, it could be compatibility issue. Also make sure you have all cables properly connected, this thread below will help you with this.

Check there is a speaker and it's plugged in and enabled.

Then check the error codes.

But first I would reseat EVERYTHING several times, as releasing agent and solvents etc can get left behind in the slots.

One more thought, It's not a video card with an HDMI pass through and you have plugged it in the wrong HDMI.

Of course I have never , ever, ever done that... very often :(
