[SOLVED] No signal on GPUs

I’ve recently just purchased a new gpu as in upgrade for my system
And every time I try to boot the pc up with the new gpu in it just says no signal
I uninstalled the drivers for the previous graphics card and messed around in bios and have looked at many solutions but still no help
Now the old gpu is saying no signal and the only thing I can do is use the motherboards graphics which lets me get as far as a blue windows logo and a black background
What should I do if now both graphics cards aren’t doing anything?

In the Bios, there is typically a setting on which video device it will use to boot with. Change this to PCIE or PEG (Pci-E Graphics)
