Question No signal on monitor after playing for a while

So recently I've been getting a lot of random No Signal when just casually playing destiny 2. I have read that this is usually caused by either your graphics card or motherboard. I don't really know how to determine what is faulty, and looking in device manager it says my GPU is working properly. How can I see if the motherboard is doing fine?

Ryzen 3600 4.0ghz, 16gb vengeance ram 3200mhz, gtx 1060 6gb, Aorus b450 Elite, PSU Vengeance 750M silver. 1tb hdd and 120 gb kingston ssd.
