All of my stuff is running in the PC, fans, and whatnot, and yet all I can see on the monitor is "No Signal". It later disappears and the light on my monitor goes yellow. The only way I've been able to start up my PC was by entering the BIOS by pressing a button near a red light next to the RAM.

I've tried removing the CMOS battery, letting it sit and also replacing it, neither helping. This issue has been happening for a year now. I've also tried 2 different GPUs and reseating them.

I use Windows 7 64-bit, fully updated.

What type of motherboard do you have? You may have already tried this but I would try pulling RAM and see if it boots properly. If you have 4 sticks, try 2. If you have 2, try 1. I have a similar problem but not the same. I have "no signal" until windows is loaded, first thing I see when I boot my PC is the Windows lock screen. If I try to access the BIOS my monitor will stay in a no signal state, but I know I'm in the ASUS BIOS EZ mode because if I hit "F8-->Enter" my PC will boot Windows. But this only occurs with my graphics card installed, if I pull the graphics card I can access the BIOS with no problem.
