Hey guys i am currently using nvidia quadro k1200 on my pc
Specs :
Msi z390 a pro
i5-9400f
Quadro K1200
16 gb ram (dual channel)
650w psu

I was using my pc back in days and its working fine but suddenly it shows no signal on my monitor. I reboot the pc and it shows the booting screen but after Windows loads it shows no signal again. I booted in safe mode and i can see the display there so i uninstalled the graphic drivers and then booted my pc normally and i can see the display but as soon i install the nvidia quadro graphic drivers it shows no signal again ?

I tried everything to fix this but failed. I even took remote access of my desktop to see wether its working or not so i can see everything in the remote access but not on my pc display.
I tried to change the nvidia setting to make it work but it doesn't work. I also tried manually download and install the drivers but failed again.

I am currently using miniDP to HDMI converter and only have a single display.

Please help me i am really frustated.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Boot into safe mode again and check Reliability History and Event Viewer for any errors, warnings, etc. that may have been captured when Windows loads but there is no display.

Try other known working ports, cables, connectors etc. Swap in one at time to determine if there is a cable, plug, or port problem.

Previous i was using gtx 1660 and now i have send it to service center because its suddenly died so i plug quadro k1200 first it was working great but while i was playing valorant sudden this all happened

No error codes etc. noted?

And your motherboard/CPU do not support integrated graphics - correct?

Two GPU's having problems make me think that the PSU may be faltering or failing. Especially if (even being just a year old) the PSU has been heavily used for gaming.

Do you have a multi-meter and know how to use it? Or have a family member or friend who does?

Not a full test as the PSU is not under load. However, any voltages out of tolerance would make the PSU a likely suspect.

Is it possible for you to swap in another known working PSU? Just to test.

I check for error and don't found any
And yes i have i5 9400f so it doesn't have a integrated graphic card and for psu what i think is it is working fine because my pc works good if i dont install the nvidia graphic drivera and use the Microsoft basic display drivers.
Only after installing the graphic drivers the problem starts amd the second thing is that the graphic card (quadro k1200) doesn't need a power cable from psu as it does not have any slot to insert it so in my opinion psu is good.. And no i dont have any one who have a multi meter 😢

Question:

"my pc works good if i dont install the nvidia graphic drivera and use the Microsoft basic display drivers."

What source(s) are you using for the Nvidia and Microsoft basic display drivers?

Also: the PSU still needs to provide power to the GPU. That can be done via a cable or via the PCIe slot.

Either way if the PSU is unable to provide enough power then there will be problems.

Try to borrow and swap in a known working PSU.

I am using geforce experience app to install graphic drivers and also tried to install it manually latest version( 471.68 quadro rtx desktop notebook win10-win11-64bit-internation-whql) and for Microsoft basic display driver the one which come with windows only

This: "and also tried to install it manually "

When the manual installation was attempted the attempt failed or simply did not work - is that correct?

Any error messages, codes, pop-up windows during or after the attempt(s)?

Also look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for more information and details about any display related activities.

No while installing the drivers will install successful but when they install the monitor shows no signal but i can see the display and use my pc in the remote access which i take on other device
I also try to change the change the slot in which i plugh the hdmi so it has four hdmi slots i usually use slot one because it only shows display but after i get the no signal message on monitor i pluged it in slot 2 and it monitor recieve signal but the whole screen is black without showing anything. Slot 3 and 4 also shows no signal
I also tried to install windows 8.1 but same problem occur in that too

I cant able to check my psu because i only have one and i dont have a multimeter too😢😢😢😢

What about DVI, DP, VGA - just for test purposes. No adapters/converters, etc..

Overall though:

"i can see the display there so i uninstalled the graphic drivers and then booted my pc normally and i can see the display but as soon i install the nvidia quadro graphic drivers it shows no signal again".

Provided that I have followed everything correctly it appears that Window's default drivers work while Nvidia's quadro graphic drivers do not.

Late thought: try running Window's built in troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Also try "sfc /scannow" and "dism" - may find and fix some issue between Windows and Nvidia.
