No signal on monitor, on new pc.

I just build my first pc. Specs being Amd Ryzen 3 1200 cpu, asus Gtx 1050 ti gpu, Asrock320M-HDV motherboard, evga 450 psu, 2 x 4gb gskill ddr4, western digital blue 1tb harddrive.
The power led turns on, the hdled doesn't, all the fans are spinning, but the monitor only gives me a no signal.
I am new to this and have no idea what to do.

Check the that alle power coords is connected, the one on the gpu also.

Did you plug the monitor into the GPU not into an onboard video port?

Checked all of them are connected. The gpu has no port for power cord. reassembled the whole thing still no signal.
