No signal on monitor

No signal to monitor after applying new thermal paste. GPU is powered (fans spinning, power indicators on, etc). It was running just an hour ago so i dont know what to do. I've tried dvi and HDMI as well as 2 separate monitors. Any have any ideas?

I've since tried resetting the cmos, swapping pcie slots, and cleaning the contacts. Seriously need some help here. Ad far as I can tell everything is working. Cpu is running, gpu is running, no beeps when powering on. I've tried holding the power button with everything off, swapping ram around. Nothing seems to be working.
