No signal on monitor

I just built a pc using a Ryzen 5 with Vega integrated graphics. 2 8gb flare x ddr4 RAM sticks. 750w cooler master. GA-AB350N-GAMING WIFI AMD AM4 motherboard. For some reason I can't get a signal output from the pc to the monitor. Any advice?
