No Signal on new PC

Hi, my new PC isn't getting a signal to the monitor, I have no idea anything about computers or anything - I followed a tutorial on how to put it together and I'm not sure what's wrong.

GTX 760
And
ASrock H110M-HDW

Restart it alot of times. This has helped quite a few people
