[SOLVED] No Signal on PC Screen and GPU Fans Stop turning after 30 Seconds (Update)

So update. OMG, so I tried to figure out why my new gaming PC is running and the screen keeps saying no signal. I first took out my PSU that is 650w and I went to see if my other PSU (450w) would work but it didn't (As I figured). So after putting the 650 w PSU back into my PC, that's when I started to notice my GPU fans stop spinning after like 30 seconds. So, idk if that where the problem is coming from and if so, what should I do? Cause I am stump.
