No Signal On PC

Recently, I bought a PC with AMD A6 2470K + R5 processor and Sapphire Radeon R7 240 GPU with 8gb RAM. It worked fine on my monitor. Then, I changed the processor to Intel Core i3 2100 and the GPU to Radeon R7 260. I tested it with my friend's monitor and it worked. When I tested it on my S201HL Acer monitor, it said 'No Signal'. I might try removing and reentering the RAM, but any suggestions?

I used a VGA cable in both situations

do you still have the old video card that was on the amd board to see if your monitor will work with that card on the intel board?
