Question No signal on the hdmi for the mother board

I just recently cleaned out my computer to the best of my ability and before I cleaned it out I had my monitor plugged into my hdmi port on my mother board (worked fine). But after I put it back together and plug everything back to how it was before my monitor keeps saying no input dected. I have tried repluging it back in and making sure it wasn't lose but nada. currently right now I have my monitor plugged into the gpu but I would like to have it back to the way it was before. thx.

full system spec? include make and model of the pus

For cleaning, did you remove the cpu from the motherboard?

i5 8400 6-core, gtx 1660 6gb, Intel H310M motherboard, 16gb of DDR4, 750 watt power supply. What is the pus and where do I find the make and model and when I was clean I didn't remove the cpu I just used compressed air to get off most of the dust on the fans and stuff.
