Question No signal on the monitor - Need help

Building a desktop PC. Have a AMD A6-7400 processor in a MSI A68HM-E33 V2 MB and 16GB DDR-3 Ram. Do I need to buy a graphics card as not getting any monitor signal. Any guidance. Thanks.

No, Theoretically it should wok. What video cable using? Any adapter?

No adaptor, just have the processor, RAM and fan on the motherboard. when connected to Power Supply, the Fan on the processor works but no signal output to the monitor. Tried connecting a Dell monitor with HDMI cable to the motherboard HDMI slot.

No problem.
If internal speaker available, try connecting it and see if any beeps when starting the board with no RAMs.
