No signal on Tv when trying to attach TV w/HDMI into mobo while also having monitor w/DVI into graphics card

Parts:
Mobo: MSI Pro Series Intel B250 ATX Motherboard (B250 PC Mate)
graphics card: DUAL-GTX1060-O3G

Hey guys and girls,
Been trying to solve this for while now and cannot find a thread that has helped me solve it. I have my monitor attached to my graphics card via DVI and that works perfectly. When I attach my TV to the mobo via HDMI the TV will display "no Signal". I've tried attaching other things to my mobo as well (Monitor via HMDI, VGA, and DVI) and nothing worked. I read somewhere that having something in the PCI-E slot will disable display ports on the mobo but no answer on how to solve this.

Read your motherboard manual, pg. 46 (download from here).

Set Initiate Graphic Adapter [PEG] to PEG
Set IGD Multi-Monitor [Disabled] to Enabled.
