Please help me, I built a new Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics onto a MSI B350M Gaming Pro motherboard and ddr4 3000MhZ RAM. When I power it up everything powers on but no signal to my monitor or keyboard.I have tried all the basics like SINGLE STICK OF RAM, or unplug the bios battery. I need to know whether the ram is not compatible or there simply is not enough power going to the CPU...Any Ideas would be helpful.

Ryzen 3 2200G Processor, 500W Raptor Power Supply, (2) 4gb Vengence ddr4 3000MhZ Ram.

Huh?
A bios update has nothing to do with your Power supply aside from needing one to run the pc to actually update the bios.

What I'm saying is that your motherbd may not be able to support the ryzen 2200g CPU until after you update the bios (ie RUN with this CPU).
Look on your motherbd's box. Some manufacturers include the bios version of the motherbd right on the box.

AMD has loaner bios upgrade kits available for users in this situation but if you are not comfortable doing this then please call around your local reputable PC shops and ask how much they charge and have them do it.
