No signal please help!

hi guys, i have ran into one problem when i turn on my pc. the pc is running but the monitor shows 'no signal' and other cables like keyboard and mouse dont seem to work even though it is plugged in. ( my keyboard and mouse usually light up when they areplugged in the usb ports)
please help

First unplug your pc from wall , press power btn to discharge rest of electricity and leave it for 10 min, and try again, if not try to reseat ram and clear CMOS.
