no signal! ram cpu, video card work my other computer help

hello,
so I am getting a no signal from a new system build for my daughter. The system powers on, I test the ram,CPU, and video card. in my system, everything worked. So I thought it was the motherboard that I got used. I went out and bought a new one still the same issue I don't know what else to do. Help!!!!!!

ryzen 1500x
MSI b320 gaming motherboard
gskill ram (yes it's on the motherboard list)
Zotac 1050ti
thermal take power supply
850 Evo SSD
cheap hard drive

the psu was the same one used in the older build she had. (apu build) i know a post sound but what is a post light? this board may not have one

There are 4 LED lights on your motherboard to indicate the status of the CPU, RAM, BOOT and VGA.
Check those POST LED lights and see which ones are on.

Ok so while talking to you I was looking at the power supply I found a voltage switch which I have never seen because I've only bought new or high end power supplies. It was on the wrong voltage. It post but now I gotta update the BIOS of the motherboard, I can handle that thanks for your help.

I was thinking about the voltage switch but didn't mentioned since you said "the psu was the same one used in the older build ...".
