No signal suddenly on display with hdmi

Okay, so originally I was trying to set up my computer for a clean install if Windows and was having issues installing drivers, so I gave up and turned my computer off for the day. Now today when I try to turn it on, no signal when I try to connect to the onboard graphics with a hdmi cable.

I've checked, everything seems to be running okay. Just no signal.

try the monitor on another computer. try another psu. disconnect all drives & clear the cmos. onboard video or video card?

I fiddled around and it cleared up okay, just made sure everything inside was connected proper;y
