No signal to accessories

Either:
Both memory sticks are bad
Memory controller is busted
Or something is disguising as a memory problem.

I would say your best bet would be to buy a new stick if RAM.
can you tell me the series (for example 2-1-3 meaning two beeps then 1 then 3)
also what brand and model is the computer

Okay, so essentially one of the memory (RAM) chips is bad. did you upgrade your memory recently?

If you have more than one memory chip try just one, then the other, and try different RAM slots, until it works.

I have two ram sticks and four slots. Tried one stick at time in each slot, no change, replaced RAMs in original slots, no more beeps, but still no signal to monitor, keyboard or mouse. Tried resetting CMOS couldn't find a jumper, took out the battery still no change.

If there's no beeps, nothing, it just got worse. You may have damaged something. Make sure the RAM is fully seated and 'clicked' into place.
If all else fails, take out CMOS battery, unplug everything attached to the outside of the computer (mice, monitor, speakers, power, etc) and press and hold the power button for 60 seconds, put CMOS battery back in, plug stuff back in and turn it on.

Went through the process again this morning, removed and replaced ram sticks one at a time, removed CMOS battery, unplugged monitor and mouse , replaced every thing, only using one ram stick and beeps series returned 1-3-2, but still no signal to monitor nor mouse.
